Bermuda shorts in my mind were always those vacation shorts that your grandma wore with big floral prints on them.  Well, that has changed!   For Spring,  the bermuda short is on trend and has taken on a whole new vibe.  I think I'm feeling it!  Chic them up by wearing with a silk button-down blouse, a boyfriend blazer paired with an open-toe ankle boot, a chunky wedge, or a laced-up gladiator sandal. You can't go wrong with that or just pair with a soft cozy tee for a more laid back look.  Just get some for Spring!

Bold red pants and the perfect blazer makes for a classic outfit with some SPICE!  I personally love red and am still on the hunt for that perfect fitting blazer.  Rachel Roy wears her straight leg red pants with an oversized grey blazer and her own designed tee for the "Runway To Win" campaign to re-elected President Obama (more on that later).  Solange wears her pleated wide leg red pants with a beautiful coral boyfriend blazer.  The colors just scream Moroccan.

This photo is so great, I had to share with you. I came across this photo on Tamu's blog,all the pretty birds. Every piece she is wearing is lovely.  I love how the thigh high leather boots make it look like she's wearing leather pants. She never fails when it comes to style and you can always count on her carrying a cute little cross-body bag.  Love how this little cutie pops out amongst the dark background of her jeans and jacket.  What a fabulous photo! Oh...and that hat and leather scarf. Ohhhh...truly one of my style mavens.

Rag & Bone seems to have some really cute hat styles lately. Might have to indulge in one! 


Sidenote: Last day of my juice cleanse and it went well. I feel great and the juice was sooooo yummy. Such a pleasant surprise! Next time I will do 5 days. Tomorrow...detox salad! Friday...more detox salad and maybe a veggie soup.
