I've been a little obsessed with all things perforated, especially shoes!  It's not really a new trend, but I've noticed a lot more stuff with holes in them lately.  They're great for Spring, because maybe your feet are not quite ready to fully make their debut but want the air and sun to hit them a bit.  Ha!  Sounds good to me!  I'm surely going add a pair to my shoe closet really soon.

Bold red pants and the perfect blazer makes for a classic outfit with some SPICE!  I personally love red and am still on the hunt for that perfect fitting blazer.  Rachel Roy wears her straight leg red pants with an oversized grey blazer and her own designed tee for the "Runway To Win" campaign to re-elected President Obama (more on that later).  Solange wears her pleated wide leg red pants with a beautiful coral boyfriend blazer.  The colors just scream Moroccan.

Fall Love: Ssssuede...

Last day of August is upon us...Whoa! Can I say time is going over the speed limit in a major way. My birthday is this Friday, and I just gotta have some suede ankle boots.  Major necessity! I've been stalking a few pairs, but very hard to decide what pair will cover all my wardrobe needs. I think two pairs are needed for my satisfaction. Yeah? Black and a brown pair? What about grey or navy??? Hmmm...

For two Fall/Winter seasons I have wanted the Isabel Marant Dicker boot(remember this post), but I haven't figured out how to justify this purchase to the Husband.  He will not understand that they are by the amazing French designer Isabel Marant, made in France(ooolala!!!), they are the most sought after boot out there, and I just have to have them.  Nope, he would just look at me and say I understand, but...  So, when I laid eyes on the Jamison boot I thought they kinda resembled the Dicker boot with some minor differences. Hmmm...

What do you think? Splurge or Steal?
