we ate our way through the hester street fair last Saturday.  It was big fun and we had quality time together.  some yummy food truck feasting! we had...

coolhaus ice cream sandwiches

and my new necklaces I got at the fair

bought the two necklaces at a much lower price than her site, but check her out and find her at a fair or festival near you.  she is really nice and her collections are beautiful.

tried some of these at the hester fair...so yummy!  great for a little sweet favor for a party or just all for yourself.  just try them!  my hubby took this lovely photo of the owner and I think her son.  I cannot remember, but they were so nice.

i'm definitely a scarf wearer and seem to have a very lovely collection.  i came across these beautiful scarves that just scream Summer on the blog design crush.  i  instantly fell in love!  not buying one yet, but best believe i will get one in the near future. more here...

while exploring the hidden gems of old montreal, we came across this cute store called Rooney.  I bought a cute sweater and wanted to get this tie for marlin, but he was not too excited about it.  i love it!  what do you think?  they sell women's clothing too, but for some odd reason they don't on the online site.  hmmm...

anniversary dinner at garde manger
