I have a special treat today!!!  


One of my close friends, Kristi put a "bug in my ear" about a really fabulous designer.  I checked it out, and I am so in love with her collections.  

Jewels by Lisa (JBL), owned and operated by Lisa Folawiyo has "perfected the art of wearing Ankara and being the first to embellish the fabric with beads,sequins,and swarovski crystals".  Ankara is a traditional African fabric widely used in Nigeria and by many fashion designers around the world.  It is made out of 100% cotton and presented in many different prints and vibrant colors.  Lisa and her team do wonders with this fabric and design fabulous pieces.
