On October 29, Anthropologie is opening an accessories-only store in Chevy Chase, MD (5402 Wisconsin Ave., to be exact). So lovely, isn't it?
According to WWD, "the 1,400-sq foot store will carry the largest selection of shoes, handbags, scarves, belts, costume jewelry, fine jewelry, and estate and antique jewelry, including one-of-a-kind brooches and engagement rings. There will also be handcrafted one-off pieces and reworked vintage styles." Wooohooo!!! I would go wild in this store. Glad it is not in L.A., but best believe it will be my first stop when I visit D.C. in November.
Wow, Anthropologie is really growing right before our eyes. Not only are they opening an accessories only store, but they are looking to launch a wedding store in Texas, Nashville, or Chicago. Oh, and Urban Outfitters, Inc. is also looking to open a Leifsdottir store in Manhattan, which is one of Anthropologie's most carried brands. Check it here!
